Located on the magical Chaulinec Island, in the commune of Quinchao, our 30 plot project finds its home in a world of natural beauty. Chaulinec Island Reserve strikes a perfect balance between the preserving the natural environment and supporting local development.
On Chaulinec Island, just a few steps from the sea, lays our project of 29 plots, equipped with a stunning view of the sea, surrounded by a lush native forest.
A few minutes from the beautiful town of Dalcahue, this project of 63 plots connects us intensely with the nature of Chiloé, with native forests and endemic fauna of the area.
Located on the Isla Grande de Chiloé, this is a project of 18 plots of land, some with sea views, others with abundant native forest. These plots are within sector of Chilcol, commune of Quellón, with a direct view of the Corcovado volcano and its mountain range.
A project of 22 plots, with a strategic location in the commune of Calbuco, just a few minutes away from the big cities of Puerto Montt and Puerto Varas.
This project of 29 plots is located in the sector of Pureo, in the commune of Queilen on the Isla Grande de Chiloé. We love it because of the sea view and the natural landscape that surrounds it. The road to get there is also an absolute treat.
Our family business was born from the dream of a father and his son, who, upon discovering the island of Chiloé, fell in love with its energy, people, gastronomy and breathtaking landscapes. Committed to creating habitable nature reserves in order to share the beauty of the island with those who, like us, have a serious commitment to the preservation of their natural environment.
This was our first project. We have a special affection for Chaulinec as it was here where we discovered a world we did not know. The first thing that struck us was the landscapes of Chiloé. From the Pargua crossing to Dalcahue, the island of Achao and its views that paralyze time, Curaco de Vélez, Quinchao and Chequián. We crossed by slow boat to Chaulinec Island, on a sunny day, accompanied by dolphins. For us it was magical, and it did not end there. The second impact was the people. We were so noble and happy to share time with them that we simply did not want to leave.
But duty called and we had to return to reality. So, still full of energy and enthusiasm, the Chaulinec Island Reserve project was born.
A property located in the eastern sector of Chaulinec Island, commune of Quinchao, with an area of 18.73 hectares, subdivided into 30 plots of between 5,000 and 10,000 square meters, with a common area of 2.5 hectares and a viewpoint area.
In the highest part of the property, there is a community viewpoint area, approximately 200 meters long, located on the eastern coastal edge of the island, about 70 meters above sea level.
This common area of 2.5 hectares contains most of the native forest on the property.
From the hands of a friend, a former inhabitant of Chaulinec, on the same enchanting island, our second project, Refugio Los Cangrejos, was born.
A property located on the seashore in the northeast sector of Chaulinec Island, Quinchao commune, with an area of 15.11 hectares, subdivided into 29 plots of approximately 5,000 mts2, with a common recreation area of 1 hectare with a great panoramic view. The lowest part of the property is at sea level, where we find a beautiful black sand beach, suitable for water activities such as kayaking, stand up paddle, or to rest and enjoy relaxing afternoons.
In addition, the common area located in the center of the project, concentrates a good part of the native forest of the entire property. The common area is a meeting place for neighbors, with a barbecue area and a fire pit to enjoy the Chiloé skies.
Our first encounter with this land was special, as the person in charge of showing us around had no idea of the dimensions or boundaries of the property. But a good feeling inside told us that it was a place full of energy.
That was enough to make us decide to turn it into a meeting place for people who love and care for nature.
Dalcahue gardens was born as our third project. A property of beautiful plots located in the sector of Pindapulli, commune of Dalcahue, surrounded by abundant native forest and groundwater. The property has an area of 36 hectares, subdivided into 63 plots, with an approximate area of 5,000 to 8,000 mts2, with a common area of approximately 1 hectare.
This project was born in the midst of the uncertainty of the pandemic, but with no less charm than the others. Perfect property, located by the sea in the sector of Chilcol, commune of Quellón, with a direct view of the Corcovado volcano and its mountain range, with an area of 9.48 hectares, subdivided into 18 plots, with areas of 5,000 mts2, equipped with a common recreation area, and access roads, with a direct descent to the beach. To the rear, it is surrounded by huge ancient native trees, the guardians of the forest.
Unique in its kind because it is not located in Chiloé like the others, with excellent connections to Puerto Montt and its surroundings. This property, with a total area of 11.19 hectares, is located in the sector of Daitao, Calbuco, surrounded by beautiful native forest, strategically located just 35 minutes from Puerto Montt and only 20 minutes from Calbuco, for the enjoyment of its neighbors. With beautiful interior canals, it is a true jewel within the sector.
Wonderful project, of unparalleled beauty, which is born naturally with meadows perfect for a dream home, at the same time naturally surrounded by forest. In a strategic location, steps from the sea, in the Pureo sector, Queilen commune, with a direct view of the inlet and the coast of Compu. It has an area of 15 hectares, subdivided into 29 plots of 5,000 m2, all with sea views. It is easy to access as it has a paved road to the entrance.
Este fue nuestro primer proyecto. Le tenemos un cariño especial porque con él, descubrimos un mundo que no conocíamos. Lo primero que nos impactó, fueron los paisajes de Chiloé. Desde el cruce de Pargua hasta Dalcahue, la Isla de Achao y sus vistas que paralizan el tiempo, Curaco de Vélez, Quinchao y Chequián. Cruzamos en lancha lenta hasta la Isla de Chaulinec, en un día soleado y acompañado de toninas. Para nosotros fue mágico, y no se acabó ahí, ya que nuestro segundo impacto fue la gente; cuánta nobleza y alegría compartiendo con ellos, que no nos queríamos ir.
Pero el deber llamaba y debíamos volver a la realidad. Entonces, aun cargados de energía y de ilusión, nació el proyecto Reserva Isla Chaulinec.
Un predio ubicado en el sector Este de Isla Chaulinec, comuna de Quinchao, de una superficie de 18,73 hectáreas, subdividido en 30 parcelas, de superficies entre 5.000 y 10.000 mts2, dotados de un área común de 2,5 hectáreas y un sector mirador.
En la parte más alta del predio, se ha considerado un sector mirador comunitario, de 200 metros de largo aproximadamente, ubicado en el borde costero Este de la isla, a unos 70 metros sobre el nivel del mar.
En esta área común de 2,5 hectáreas se concentra la mayor parte del bosque nativo del predio.
De la mano de un amigo antiguo habitante de Chaulinec, en la misma isla encantadora, nace nuestro segundo proyecto, Refugio Los Cangrejos.
Un predio ubicado a orillas del mar en el sector Noreste de Isla Chaulinec, comuna de Quinchao, de una superficie de 15,11 hectáreas, subdividido en 29 parcelas, de superficies aproximadas de 5.000 mts2, dotados de un área común de esparcimiento con gran vista panorámica, de 1 hectárea.
La parte más baja del predio se encuentra a nivel del mar, donde encontramos una linda playa de arena negra, apta para actividades acuáticas como kayak, stand up paddel, o bien para descansar y disfrutar de relajadas tardes.
Además, el área común ubicada al centro del proyecto, concentra buena parte del bosque nativo del predio completo. El área común, es un lugar de encuentro entre vecinos, contando con un sector para asados y un fogón que permita disfrutar de los cielos chilotes.
Nuestro primer encuentro con este terreno fue especial, ya que la persona encargada de mostrar el lugar, no tenía ni idea de las dimensiones o deslindes del predio. Pero un buen presentimiento interior nos decía que se trataba de un lugar lleno de energía.
Aquello fue suficiente para decidirnos a convertirlo en un lugar de encuentro para personas que aman y cuidan la naturaleza.
Jardines de Dalcahue nace como nuestro tercer proyecto. Un predio de hermosas parcelas ubicadas en el sector de Pindapulli, comuna de Dalcahue, rodeadas de abundante bosque nativo y aguas subterráneas. El predio tiene de una superficie de 36 hectáreas, subdividido en 63 parcelas, de superficies aproximadas de 5.000 a 8.000 mts2, dotados de un área común de 1 hectárea aproximada.
Proyecto que nació en medio de la incertidumbre de la pandemia, pero no así con menor encanto que los otros. Predio perfecto, ubicado a orillas del mar en el sector de Chilcol, comuna de Quellón, con vista directamente al volcán Corcovado y a su cadena montañosa, de una superficie de 9,48 ha, subdividido en 18 parcelas, de superficies de 5.000 mts2, dotados de un área común de esparcimiento, y caminos de acceso, contando con una bajada directa a la playa. Hacia atrás, se encuentra rodeado de enormes árboles nativos antiguos, los guardianes del bosque.
Único en su especie por no encontrarse en Chiloé como los otros, dotados de excelente conexión con Puerto Montt y sus alrededores. Este predio, de una superficie total de 11,19 ha, está ubicado en el sector de Daitao, comuna de Calbuco, rodeado de hermoso bosque nativo, estratégicamente ubicado a tan sólo 35 minutos de Puerto Montt y a solamente 20 minutos de Calbuco, destinado al disfrute de sus vecinos. Con hermosos canales interiores, es una verdadera joya dentro del sector.
Proyecto maravilloso, de belleza sin igual, que nace naturalmente con praderas perfectas para una vivienda de ensueño, a la vez naturalmente rodeadas de bosque. En una ubicación estratégica, a pasos del mar, en el sector de Pureo, comuna de Queilen, con vista directamente a la ensenada y a la costa de Compu. Tiene una superficie 15 hectáreas, subdividido en 29 parcelas de 5,000 mts2, todas con vistas al mar. Es de fácil acceso ya que cuenta con camino asfaltado hasta la entrada.
Un hermoso proyecto de 20 parcelas para los amantes de las islas, con una impresionante vista sobre el mar y a pasos de la playa. El contacto con la naturaleza y la cercanía con el mar en este desarrollo nos deja sin aliento.
Un proyecto de 17 parcelas, algunas con viñedo y otras con vista sobre el valle y la cordillera de los Andes. Está a pocos kilómetros de San Javier, es ideal para hacer panoramas familiares, visitar las reservas naturales cercanas y recorrer la famosa ruta del vino.
En la comuna de Quemchi, a pocos kilómetros del poblado de Lliuco, este terreno es una oda a la grandeza de la naturaleza por su abundante y frondoso bosque verde, con árboles endémicos gigantes que se asemejan guardianes del paisaje. Un real santuario de la naturaleza, que tendrá espacios de conservación y pocas parcelas para habitar.
