The credit is granted directly by Latitudes Australes. There is no bank assessment, no guarantor and no fine print.

  1. You choose plot and planWith the simulator you set down payment and term. We confirm the exact price of the plot.
  2. Reservation and promiseWe sign a purchase promise before a notary and you pay the agreed down payment.
  3. Fixed monthly installmentsYou pay the same installment every month, in pesos. No surprise adjustments and no extra charges.
  4. Deed and registrationWhen payment is completed, we sign the deed and register the plot in your name at the Real Estate Registry.

Frequently asked questions

What we are always asked.

Do I need to prove income or have a bank history?

No. The credit is direct with us. We only ask for a valid ID card and the down payment. There is no credit assessment and no guarantor.

Can I buy with no down payment?

At Club de Campo Cauquenes there is a no-down-payment option (summer campaign), with slightly higher interest. In the other projects the minimum down payment is 10%.

What is the interest-free option?

If you pay 50% down payment, the balance is split into a few installments (6 in most projects, 3 in Cauquenes) expressed in UF and with no interest. It is the cheapest alternative after paying in cash.

Why does Laguna Quemchi have different terms?

Quemchi is financed up to 24 installments with lower interest rates (10% to 20%). It is the shortest plan and the lowest total cost of our projects for sale.

How long is the simulation valid?

The simulated terms are valid for 15 days from the PDF issue date. After that period, run the simulation again to confirm updated prices and rates.

Can I prepay or bring forward installments?

Yes. You can prepay the balance at any time. Let us talk about your case to calculate the exact amount.

When do I receive the deed?

When you pay the last installment we sign the final deed and handle the registration in your name. In the meantime, the notarised promise protects your purchase.
